Conservatives Nationwide Rally Around Nikki Haley, Raise More Than $50,000 Online During Haley “Moneybomb”

Columbia, S.C. - Today, the Haley for Governor Campaign released the results of the two day Nikki Haley “Moneybomb” that culminated at 11:59 PM on March 31, raising $51,565.

In response to this outpouring of national support, Nikki Haley released the following statement:

“I am honored and humbled by the fact that so many conservatives across the country have decided to get involved in our campaign,” Haley said. “It’s a sign of the times - and of the need to elect true conservative candidates to offices nationwide - that people from Texas and Michigan and Alaska and Connecticut think it important enough to join us in our efforts to bring a good, accountable, business-friendly government to South Carolina.”

“The response of the last two days shows that Americans from every corner of our nation are waking up to the fact that it’s no longer about electing Republicans, it’s about electing conservatives - those who oppose bailouts of Wall Street and so-called stimulus plans and who understand that government works for the people, not the other way around,” Haley finished.
